- A "Passive Town" is being promoted by the YKK Group in Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture, utilizing a former company housing site. The second phase of the project, which follows the first phase (1608), is located in the center of the entire site. The common space is surrounded by a group of six residential buildings.
