Outline
The new town hall of Kitakata Town, Gifu Prefecture. In the vicinity are public facilities of Gifu Prefecture ("Gifu Prefectural Housing Hightown Kitakata South Block") and "Kitakata Town Lifelong Learning Center Kirari, Gifu Prefectural Building Information Center" (Arata Isozaki). The large eaves of the building can be used as a base for outdoor activities in the event of a disaster.
