Outline: This building was reconstructed on a new site because the office space became too small due to the increased workload caused by the aging of the neighboring old general government building and the increase in the local population. The three functions of the ward office, the welfare and health center, and the fire station in the former government building are connected as openly as possible, and a government building open to the residents is proposed.
