- Relocation project of the old city hall. Located in the center of the shopping district, it is a new exchange base that creates a bustling atmosphere in the city. On the east side, there is an all-weather semi-indoor plaza called "Fudanotsuji Plaza", which is used as an event venue on weekends and as a park plaza on weekdays. In order to realize a column-free space at the lower levels, the principle of a bridge (suspension bridge) is adopted.
