- An elementary school and community exchange center relocated and newly constructed in the center of Higashikawa Town. The structure is composed of a single-flowing roof that extends horizontally from east to west, and a series of workspaces that are integrated with classrooms. The school building is located on the south side of the site and the playground on the north side. The view of the Daisetsu mountain range is beyond the site.
