- Ibaraki Kenboku Art Festival is an event held from September to November 2016 in six cities and towns in northern Ibaraki Prefecture. One of the venues was Oko Town, and Spring is a footbath that uses the source of the former Asakawa Hot Spring. Light and scenery are reflected on the aluminum surface.
