Three food stalls by three university laboratories (Manabu Chiba Laboratory of the University of Tokyo, Osamu Tsukihashi Laboratory of Kobe University, and Akihisa Hirata Laboratory of Kyoto University) were planned as a collaborative project of Okayama Art Exchange. The venue is a parking lot along Shiroshita-suji Street, one of the main north-south traffic routes in the city, facing the Nishimaru West Tower of Okayama Castle (a national important cultural property) behind it.
