The reconstruction public housing was built in response to the damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. It was designed and constructed by Manabu Chiba Architectural Planning Office and Daiwa House Industry in collaboration with the private sector. The building was designed and constructed by Manabu Chiba Architectural Planning Office in collaboration with Daiwa House Industry.
