ATELIER BOW-WOW

Outline: Reconstruction of a wooden apartment building in a residential area developed as a bedroom community after the 1950s. On a corner lot, we designed a house with a volume that matches the surrounding detached houses, containing four units: three maisonettes and one unit on the top floor, which is approached by an exterior staircase. The same size windows are used to reduce the cost. Windows are also installed in the stairwells to provide lighting on two levels.
