- The columns and beams are arranged in a 3.5-meter grid, and the exterior walls are made of concrete blocks without a structural frame to give diversity to the interior space. Inheriting the context of the site, which is surrounded by alleys of less than 2m in width, a common staircase that can be passed through is provided as an extension of the street.
