- Based on the concept that the entire building is a veranda, an all-weather exchange plaza was created with a semi-outdoor space called "Minna-no-stage", a dining room, and a space in front of the eaves. The stage for everyone (veranda) has no walls or doors, and is set up as a free space with no boundaries.
