NEW ENTRANCE OF THE VAN GOGH MUSEUM

- This is a project to extend the entrance hall of the new Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (9908). A new entrance hall with a glass volume is installed in the place where the sunken garden of the existing building used to be, and it is approached from the basement to the exhibition rooms of the annex and the main building (completed in 1973, designed by Gerrit Rietveld).
