CANAL SWIMMERS CLUB

Outline
A temporary waterfront building created as part of the Bruges Triennale. It was built as a place for citizens to live when swimming in the canal, which had been banned for 40 years due to deteriorating water quality, was reopened. It is also used as a floating pier for swimming in the canal and as an event space during the summer. It is designed to be easily dismantled and reassembled so that it can be installed in another location in the following years.
