- This is a three-story government building with columns and beams made of laminated wood with built-in wood hybrid steel. The building has a counter on the east and west sides, a plaza and an office in the center, and is connected to the outdoor plaza on the east and west sides in a layered manner. The facade also features louvers made of solid red pine from Iwate Prefecture and a wood-finished refreshment space (terrace).
