MANAWERU MIYAGI

Outline
The project was planned as a PFI project to combine the functions of five facilities and seven functions, including a general education center, a high school, and a child guidance center, which had been dispersed throughout Sendai City, into a single location, aiming for cooperation between education and welfare. By creating small individual entrances to each facility, the building is divided into sections reminiscent of residential facilities, in an effort to de-institutionalize the facilities. At the same time, an administrative office and a common lobby that can be linked to each other are arranged to create a connection between the facilities.
