- A meeting place for fishermen and their families in Oya, Motoyoshi-cho, Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, which was damaged by the tsunami generated by the Great East Japan Earthquake. The space under the large roof, supported by three rooms, is used for events and as a marketplace for selling fish. As part of the Rolex Mentor Project, the design was created by a young Chinese architect, Chao Yang. Kazuyo Sejima supervised the project as an advisor.
