- Renovation of a rental house with a reinforced concrete wall structure completed in 1974. Since there was no inspection certificate, we proved the existing unqualified by field survey. The existing tower building was demolished so as not to exceed the existing shading lines, and an elevator was added adjacent to the entrance hall.
