Outline
A large complex of offices and commercial facilities in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The site has been designated as a special international strategic zone, and includes a bilingual nursery school and a medical center. The site is also designated as a special environmental zone, and the greening of the low-rise area along Chuo-dori Avenue and the use of external eaves reduce the environmental impact of CO2 by approximately 40%. In the center of the existing site is Tatamachi-dori, which will be retained to connect Chuo-dori and Yanagi-dori.
