- The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (SSTEC) is a large-scale environmentally friendly urban development project jointly funded by the governments of China and Singapore. Mitsui Fudosan Residential, Hitachi, Japan Research Institute and others from Japan are participating in the project, which is expected to be completed by 2020.
