KANAGAWA ARTS THEATRE・NHK YOKOHAMA BROADCASTING STATION

Outline
The first and second floors are occupied by the NHK Yokohama Broadcasting Hall, while the second and upper floors are dedicated theaters for plays, musicals, and dances, the largest in Kanagawa Prefecture, with 1,300 seats, and studios of different sizes for small theaters and rehearsals. The entrance to the hall is on the fifth floor, and a large atrium space with an eight-story atrium is provided as a flow line leading to the entrance. The glass facade on the south side of the building lights up Honcho-dori Street at night by randomly lighting each piece of glass.
