CONTE

Outline
The building consists of 14 units on three floors above ground. Six vertical voids are equally arranged around the perimeter of the rectangular volume, and one horizontal void is inserted in each floor. The vertical voids create an appropriate distance between the units and the city, while the horizontal voids serve as common spaces such as terraces and entrances.
