- The project is to renovate an office building facing Paseo de Gracia, a central avenue in Barcelona, into a condominium. The entire facade is covered with wave-like steel plates. The steel plates are 8 mm thick and are joined by full penetration welding. The gap between the waves becomes an opening and a blind wall, creating a sense of place.
