- This was the best proposal for a library (exchange center) in 2007 (this magazine 0712 NEWS). "The library was intended to look like a lantern, like a square. It is a one-room space with a softly curved ceiling and a mountainous roof that responds to the surrounding mountains. Three freestanding columns in the shape of trees stand.
