THE SERPENTINE PAVILION 2009

Outline
It is a temporary pavilion that is installed only for four months in the summer. The roof, made of a structural plywood core bonded with 3mm mirror-polished aluminum sheets on both sides, floats in the air, avoiding existing trees, and is supported by thin columns. Without walls or facades, the pavilion is open to the surrounding environment, like a park where people can freely come and go.
