ROW HOUSE IN DAZAIFU

Outline
A two-unit row house on a riverside site. The site is trapezoidal, but due to feng shui conditions, only the shaped part of the site was planned with a square plan. The square plan is divided into different sizes depending on the floor, and the reinforced concrete Ramen structure is composed of diagonal wall-like flat columns. The two dwelling units are maisonettes on the 12th and 23rd floors, respectively, and are designed to have equal views of the river.
