- The building is located in a residential area lined with small-scale houses. The building is set back from the road to secure a five-story volume and open space. The top five floors are occupied by the owner. The building has a vaulted and gabled ceiling with a tunnel-like passage in the east-west direction. The structure and equipment ducts are housed in the ceiling.
