- In accordance with a plan to construct a new apartment building and a separate building on the site, the two-story structure of the existing 100-year-old wooden house was demolished. Six reinforced concrete walls, 30 mm thick and 2245 mm high, are connected to the existing and new wooden columns to bear the seismic forces.
