NOWHERE BUT HAYAMA

Outline
This is a rental villa that was renovated from an 80-year-old building. The second floor and other parts of the building were extended about 20 years ago. This time, except for the replacement of the sash, the finishing of the exterior wall, and the removal of the shed, there were no major changes to the exterior of the building, and an earthquake-resistant core was inserted to reinforce the interior. The reinforced part is made in the shape of a house, which is different from the existing part, as if "building a house inside a house".
