- Preservation and renovation of a wooden building registered as an important cultural property on the premise of its use. Zentsuji Kaigyosha was built in 1903 for the exchange of officers of the former Japanese Army, and later used as a city hall and a local museum. In this conservation and renovation, the building was reinforced against earthquakes and the facilities were renewed to make it a meeting place for citizens to use, and an annex building was constructed to supplement the missing functions.
