A commercial, office, and hotel complex opened in front of Toyohashi Station. The site has an alleyway space where cars and people come and go, and together with the decked upper floors, an open space open to the city is created. The middle floors are offices, and the upper 10 to 16 floors are hotels. This is a development open to the city that was realized in a regional city.
