Outline: The house is located on a corner lot in a residential neighborhood. It consists of three volumes of varying sizes stacked on top of one another, with a garden situated on the middle level. By wrapping the garden around three sides of the intermediate level to encircle the living space, it serves both as a screen that provides a moderate barrier between the living room and the street and as a means of reducing solar heat gain. Together with the concrete structure, it functions as a key architectural element that faces the street.
