Outline: A residence adjacent to a park. The building features a mixed-structure design with a reinforced concrete first floor and a steel-frame second floor; the second floor is surrounded on all four sides by a covered veranda. The floor plan is designed to have multiple layers through the use of architectural elements such as wooden lattice doors, a terrace, sliding glass doors, and interior spaces. The design aims to allow residents to enjoy both light and shadow.
