Outline: A spec home built on the edge of a residential neighborhood. It faces a cul-de-sac on a private road shared by neighboring homes, and the eastern side of the lot slopes downward into a grove of mixed trees. The structure consists of two volumes: one featuring a terrace-like open space approximately 14.6 meters long, elevated on a pilotis, and another with a single-sloped roof that houses the circulation routes and various functional spaces. It was designed to accommodate a variety of uses, not only as a private residence but also as a vacation home or office.
