Outline: The building stands on a flat 570-square-meter lot. The square floor plan is oriented at a 45-degree angle to the lot, and a two-story atrium running diagonally from north to south was created, with the roof split along this axis. The southern half of the diagonal line perpendicular to the central open-plan space is designed as a single-story open-plan area; by opening it onto the large courtyard, two open-plan spaces with distinct characters were created.
