Outline: A project to renovate and sell an apartment building in central Tokyo: four bedrooms were reduced to three, and the kitchen, which had been separated from the other rooms as a back yard, was connected to the dining room. In addition, by installing new wooden fittings with high performance inside the room, an area with high thermal insulation and airtightness was compacted while creating a semi-outdoor-like area.
