Apartment Renovation in Ohashi

Outline: The designer's own residence was renovated from a 39-year-old condominium. Two north-south corridor axes were set up to take advantage of the characteristic of light entering the room from the north and south, extending and blending with each other. The small beams were rethought as spatial switching devices, and a free layout plan was created that does not depend on the existing openings.
