- Renovation of a room of over 100m2 completed in 1973. We attempted to balance the cost and quality of the space by setting three levels of renovation: simple wallpaper replacement, partial installation of new elements, and full renovation. A 60mm step from the earthen floor to the entrance and a 15mm step from the entrance to the utility hall create depth in a room with a clear view.
