Gen Saito＋Yumi Oguro

Outline: Renovation of a room in a 40-year-old steel-framed reinforced concrete apartment building. The plan configuration consists of a long north-south unit with smaller volumes, including a water closet and western-style rooms, slightly off-center. C-shaped steel of 150 x 75 mm was poured along the long axis. The volume was separated at two points to form a corridor and a PS.
