Outline: One of four existing ready-built houses built by a mini-development was renovated. The house had been repeatedly renovated and was in a disorganized state, with two kitchens. Therefore, we reinforced the structure with a lightweight steel frame and removed almost all of the existing interior walls. In addition, the floor plan was renewed by adding two concrete block walls.
