Outline: The building is located in a residential area where condominiums and detached houses are built in the heart of the city. The south side of the house is adjacent to a park, and the plantings gently block the view of the surrounding area while also delivering a landscape of plantings. A simple, maintenance-free house was planned with the objectives of affordability because it is a small house, a structure that the builder can understand, and ease of maintenance.
