Part of the first floor of the reinforced concrete structure is buried underground to serve as an earth retaining wall. On the north and west sides of the wooden second floor, terraces and openings along the terraces were built to secure the view to the garden, and openings were built on the east side with high ceilings to let the view to the sky.
