Outline: This villa sits on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the southeast. The site slopes from northwest to southeast, and in order to secure the view while complying with the number of stories and height regulations, the building was placed on the northwest side, where the ground is the highest. The topography of the surrounding area was left as it was as much as possible to green up the land, thus inheriting the original hilly landscape.
