- Located on a site adjacent to a greenbelt, the building consists of a reinforced concrete volume on the first floor and a steel-framed volume on the second floor. By securing the open space from the courtyard to the west, the greenbelt and the plants surrounding the volume are integrated to create a layer of plantings.
