Outline: The house will be built in an area lined with stores, town factories, and houses. An alley-like garden is provided between the street and the site and between the houses next door to ensure ventilation of the area. The roof overhangs the garden with large eaves to provide a semi-exterior use of the house, sheltering it from the sun and rain.
