- The site is shaped like a corner cut off from the corner of an adjacent lot. On the northeast side facing the alley, the short exterior wall was extended in line with the site, and on the opposite side, the long exterior wall was extended as it is, creating a plan shape that resembles a kite with its arms spread out when viewed from above. The interior is composed of 910mm pitch itagura construction walls and 10" sloped ceilings, and triangular sliding doors are installed at the openings.
