Outline: Built at the foot of a mountain. The owner renovated a villa inherited from his parents. In addition to the interior renovation, the existing southeast and northeast balconies were largely removed, and a new balcony, extending up to 4,300 mm from the building, was built to reach the trees growing from the garden. The interior design of the ceilings and walls retained the existing design. The rooms are divided by floor finishes, and the air volume is connected.
