Outline: It stands on a flagpole site surrounded mostly by houses and apartments. the single-story house has an uneven plan with four small and large gardens scattered throughout the house, which seem to carve out the building. the fence around the perimeter of the site is kept low, and evergreen trees are planted instead to maintain a distance from the surrounding area.
