- This is a clinic-cum-residence on a corner lot that slopes to the north and is accessed on three sides. Eleven boxes, each with a different size, stand alone as a structural core and mitigate the sense of volume against the surroundings. The seven cores on the north side form the clinic, and the four cores on the south side form the residence.
