The house was built with a construction area of 12 tsubos for a land of 60 tsubos, and a large garden was created for a small-scale house. "The small space is utilized by dividing the activities of life, such as eating, relaxing, and sleeping, not as rooms separated by fittings, but by steps and by setting up each place. In the garden, a large deck and a hill are set up to create a place for living around the house.
