Bent House
Koji Tsutsui Architect & Associates
- Outline
- With neighboring houses on four sides, the roof shape determined by the north side diagonal restriction is repeated in the eaves of the south side opening. In addition, by installing a top light on the roof above the eaves, light penetrates deep into the room in winter, while in summer the eaves act as a reflector, blocking the sunlight and letting in only the view of the sky. The sloping walls above the entrance and the study also have a similar structure.
